Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Key functions and responsibilities:
Meticulously review and process incoming orders through SAP, EDI, Commerce HUB and SPS Commerce, ensuring accuracy of Pricing and allocation as per Sales Team’s directions.
Enter and release orders (EDI/Manual/E-COMM/FOC/Sample/STO’s & Direct Containers etc.) with high degree of accuracy including pricing and discounts as requested.
Maintenance of E-COMM Platforms, manage INV allocations in CHUB and other platforms.
Monitor order progress and maintain open communication with both the Sales team and customers, as necessary.
Assist Sales team and customers with inquiries such as Delivery ETA’s and Stock availability, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Maintain organized records of transactions related to potential chargebacks.
Collaborate to mitigate chargebacks and implement best practices to enhance performance with our customers.
Work collaboratively with other departments such as PLM team, Sales Account Managers, and logistics team to coordinate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Generate reports tailored to meet specific business requirements.
Compliance Management and dispute claims as required.
Customer SAP transition on-boarding.
Contribute to the development of streamlined processes and efficiency improvements.
Continuously seek ways to streamline order processing workflows.
Adhere to KPI Metrics as communicated.
Support in other ad-hoc responsibilities as per Business needs.
Providing comprehensive reporting to management and facilitating escalation processes.
Responsible for maintaining master data and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
Actively participate in cross-training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
Provide backup coverage when needed, contributing to the overall flexibility and reliability of the team.
Other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
Prior experience in processing orders is required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required and will be tested.
Working SAP experience would be an asset.
Experience with ERP systems such as SPS Commerce and Commerce Hub for order management and fulfillment would be a strong asset.
Prior experience in satisfying orders for retail partners such as Amazon, Walmart, Costco are a bonus.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
