HVAC Sales Enablement Manager


Key functions and responsibilities:

  • Grow and develop the Hisense HVAC business (Residential and Light Commercial) in Canada.
  • Make your best efforts to ensure sales targets are exceeded.
  • Provide impeccable customer service, externally and internally.
  • Assist the National Sales Director with various sales enablement, operations, and administrative activities.
  • Prepare data and sales reports, record meeting minutes, assist with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, and manage DocuSign on behalf of the HVAC sales and product team.
  • Manage CRM sales activities, develop prospect lists using B2B data software, and help the RSMs to ensure accounts are moving in the right direction at a proper pace.
  • Support marketing activities and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and other business generation
  • Project management, including tracking and reporting on project progress using visual aids and presentations.
  • Create and maintain process maps and sales operations manuals to support internal and external sales activities and ensure sales due diligence and controls.
  • Actively participate in the promotion of Hisense’s technology and product solutions through networking events, trade shows, training seminars, and professional associations.
  • Forecast product requirements and regularly communicate them with your manager and the product team.
  • Work with the product and logistics teams to coordinate inbound product delivery.
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation and customer records by inputting details into various software programs used by Hisense (e.g., DocuSign, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, GRS, and SAP).
  • Additional duties as directed by your manager and/or the leadership teamEducation & Experience 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.

Education & Experience

  • College or university education, or equivalent experience.
  • Operations management, administrative support, or data analysis and reporting experience is an asset.
  • Experience within the HVAC industry is an asset.
  • Experience working with distributors, contractors, builders, and property managers is an asset.

Other

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, trade shows or events.
  • Must have extraordinarily strong PC skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience using Salesforce is an asset.
  • Bilingual (French & English) is an asset.
