Hisense Introduces a New Low Profile, High Style French Door Refrigerator

– Hisense’s RF21 counter-depth refrigerator takes up less space, yet offers more storage –

TORONTO, December 5, 2017 – Hisense, a global technology leader, today launched the RF21, a revolutionary 21 cubic foot French door-style refrigerator that combines sleek modern design with smart user-friendly – and foodie-friendly – features. Dedicated food-specific storing slots, and an additional slim profile storage drawer will give consumers more space than ever before.

Designed to sit flush with the kitchen countertop, the RF21 eliminates any intrusive footprint. Its elegant, slim side-by-side doors are equipped with clever features including an integrated ice and water dispenser complete with touch electronic controls. In addition to elevating the design of the appliance’s exterior, the touch controls allow consumers to adjust temperatures and humidity levels inside the fridge without opening the door.

To accommodate the changing needs of consumers, the fridge is built with several adaptable shelves that allow for storage of tall bottles, or uniquely shaped items. The RF21 also has oversized door baskets that can accommodate two 2-litre containers.

“The RF21 reflects our continued dedication to reimagining and improving how Canadians can store, and enjoy, their food,” said Meaghan Wilkinson, Senior Marketing Manager, Hisense Canada. “We’ve hit the mark with our new fridge and are confident the RF21 will be the envy of anyone with a large family or who likes entertaining.”
